Nordeus is seeking for an experienced Localization Coordinator to join our Localization Team.
As part of a multinational team, you will work in close partnership with the game team and marketing on Top Eleven - one of the most successful online sports games in mobile gaming history.
The ideal candidate is proactive and self-motivated, well-organized with attention to detail, embraces the challenge of localizing into 30 languages worldwide, brings positive impact on the product and is able to get the best out of current and newly set up workflows.
What you will do:
- Lead the localization of Top Eleven by overseeing delivery, cost and quality of deliverables.
- Act as the primary localization point of contact for all cross-functional stakeholders related to your product area, own localization cycles for various content types, and ensure global launches are on time meeting the defined quality expectations.
- Interact with development, product managers, content authors, engineers, reviewers, release management and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Contribute to implementing efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks for multiple products and diverse content types across Nordeus.
- Identify weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks in the project schedule and implement solutions.
- Review, prioritize, and track progress of issues that affect internationalization, quality, and functionality.
What should you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Localization Coordinator and working on multiple titles in the video game localization industry.
- Strong problem solving experience, combined with excellent business judgement and an ability to present in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and global environment with proven success in project management, execution and multitasking.
- Experience with remote teams.
- Ability to handle a variety of assignments, balance priorities and meet deadlines with orientation to detail and quality.
- Passion for video games and mobile applications.
- Ability to travel.
Bonus:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Language Studies, International Studies, or Localization.
- Project Management, Localization or Software Testing certifications
- Speak multiple languages.
