Localization Quality Assurance Tester, French
We are looking for passionate self-starters who love MMORPGs. Our company is growing quickly and we are looking for individuals who are fluent in French to test our localized UI and content. This person must be able to read and write in French. We’re looking for people who are intelligent, passionate about localization and yearn for opportunities to truly make an impact!
What you'll be doing:
- Research, find, categorize, log and prioritize localization/translation and global bugs
- Create, run test plans and document test results
- Create master checklists to test our localized games
- Manage builds on a plethora of devices
- Provide translation and localization feedback in regard to design: including features, UI and items
- Support development disciplines with troubleshooting fixes for critical issues
Your background and who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in translation, review and localization (L10N)
- Ability to write and speak in French
- QA Game Testing is a plus
- Localization experience is preferred
- Experience with mobile games
- Experience testing iOS and Android a plus
- Experience using some type of bug tracking software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- A passion for the gaming industry and mobile technology
