QA Automation Engineer at Mobilyte Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Write and execute test plans against specs
• Design and grow an overall test framework and help design specs
• Conduct functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Automate test cases using Python and Selenium, ensuring cross-platform and browser compatibility
• To increase product quality, design and implement processes or systems
• Regular interaction with Product Manager & Engineers to design test plans and automated tests for new and changing features
• Inspect and triage customer reported issues

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills – the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious
• Strong programming skills, Python is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries
• Experience testing various mobile platforms (e.g. iOS, Android) using tools such as Google Testing Cloud, Appium, ADB etc.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment, and tools like Jenkins, TestNG, CircleCI, etc.
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills to convey technical jargon in a wide-array of syntax
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Redmine, JIRA, or Pivotal)
• Nice to have previous work in the transportation space; transit and mobility services
