Senior QA Analyst (Automation and Manual)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for writing test cases and plans.
- Troubleshooting deployment issues in test and stage environments.
- Responsible for deployments of applications.
- Creating and managing bugs, tasks and issues through closure.
- Responsible for validation and verification of applications and products prior to releasing to production.
- Responsible for providing production incident support.
- Providing sales and customer support as needed.
- Providing knowledgeable of agile and standard SDLC practices.
- Assuming lead role and assisting in delegation and assignments of tasks
- Supporting and advocating portal and department vision.
- Managing day to day test project task priorities and decisions.
- Providing peer reviews of testing activities for other QA members and/or agile team members
- Works with functional or technical testers in ensuring functional and non-functional tests are conducted.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in the software QA industry
• Automation experience using tools such as Selenium Webdriver (Java)
• Performance load testing experience
• Web accessibility standards (508/WCAG) experience is a plus
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-motivation and strong drive to meet deadlines
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements
• Ability to prioritize internal and external requests and track these items to closure
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
