Software QA Tester at Vixi

Vixi is looking for a quality assurance specialist with experience in the software field.

The job involves performing structured tests on our enterprise software, made up of a web portal and a visual presentation layer.

In this role, you will act as a client surrogate in testing new features and also design and perform standardized stability and usability tests over the lifetime of the software. From time to time, you may travel to perform on-site installations or run the software remotely in order to gain a greater understanding of the end user experience. You will generate bug reports complete with reproduction steps for the development team, and track them through to their resolution.

The position requires good organization skills, and an ability to clearly communicate and document issues to the developers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Expeirence with documentation
• Strong Computer literacy
• Testing automation experience
• Teamcity experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally
